| Jennifer Efflandt recommends that the board approve this contract amendment because the curricular resources address academic English Language development in all 4 language domains, the curricular texts are differentiation for each of the English Language Proficiency Levels, the vendor has proven performance of student achievement growth, and a proven record of supporting large urban school districts. The additional training will support with implementation of the online ELD curricular resources. |
